  • Where do I enter for my event?

    If you’re attending an event on the second floor at The Chicory (including our Fulton, Orleans) entrance is 610 S. Peters St.

    If you’re attending an event at The Gallery at The Chicory Please use the entrance of  611 Fulton St.

  • Where should I park?

    Opt for convenient street parking, choose from one of The Caesar’s Parking lots, or take advantage of our partnership with Laz Parking, for a discount with the code. Please contact us to get more information.

  • What is a Service Charge?

    This fee covers our labor costs, which includes set-up and take-down, insurance, etc.

  • Does The Chicory offer courtesy holds?

    Yes. We are happy to place a courtesy hold on a date for you for 7 days. If there is no correspondence after 7 days, the courtesy hold will be removed.

  • Can The Chicory’s catering accommodate lifestyle menus?

    Yes. The Chicory’s head chef and catering team can accommodate any dietary requests, including: Kosher, Vegetarian, Vegan and Gluten-Free options.

  • What is the largest event you can accommodate?

    If available, an event can rent the entire venue. This includes our two buildings, and rooftop 2,000+ people easily accommodated. Contact a Sales Manager for more information.

  • Can I bring in my own catering?

    No, we do not allow outside catering.

  • How often in advance should I reserve a date?

    We recommend planning and researching your special day as soon as possible. Because we are one of New Orleans’ most sought after venues, our space books quick.
